Fuerza Laboral is growing beyond our current walls. Inside our 14,810 sq. ft. home at 6 Chace's Lane, we're planning dedicated space for a worker co-working hub — a place where members of our Worker-Owned Cooperative Incubator can meet, train, and build their businesses side by side — along with on-site childcare, designed to remove one of the biggest barriers keeping working parents, especially immigrant mothers, from attending trainings, organizing meetings, and building new livelihoods.

Wage justice won't stop at 60 cases. The work that helped make wage theft a felony in Rhode Island isn't finished — it's the floor we're building on. As long as workers are shorted their pay, we'll keep organizing, keep filing claims, and keep pushing for stronger enforcement so that recovering stolen wages becomes the rule, not the exception.
