Carmela Garcia spoke on Radio Latina 100.3 about the difficulties she faced in getting access to good workers comp benefits after a machine at the fish processing plant she worked at in Bristol caught her hand. She spent many months without being seen by a doctor and waiting for the workers' compensation insurance company to approve the medical attention she needed.
